try hard to take this challenge..
i start diet from 1st jan 2014.. so, now 7 th jan 2014.. its about 7 day without rice.. i try my best to avoid rice. just take other food such as, seafood , fried chicken, fruits and tomyam or soup..
saturday 4 th jan, i with my friend jogging at Pantai Hiburan.. for the first time, we try to just walk faster until sweet... yeahh i like this way becoz i can manage my breath....
yesterday, 6 th jan, we all go to gym.. i naik treadmill and cycling sejauh 1.5km kot kalo tak silap dan membakar 300 kj kalori.. penat jgk tp berpeluh2.. sgt berbaloi..
dan arini ari ke 7 kami sepakat nk ke dewan besar tuk main badminton... hrap2 ni lg sweet dan cpt2 burn kalori..
pagi td sarapan dgn nestum sepeket dan trus g opis n msuk kelas bagai.. skang dh start laporrrr... help me!!!!!! cadang x nk mkn lunch tp tngok la acanerrr.. huhu
stakat ni x brani lg nk timbang.. x rasa penurunan sgt.. rasa perut je kot kecik skit.. tang laen mantain sihat n berkembang.. hehe..
permulaan pn ak x timbang tp kali last ak timbang msa g chekup husm 3 dis 2013 adalah 73 kg. so ak berpegang dgn bacaan itu...
this weekend nk balik kg jgk sempena cuti maulud rasul.. jgn terbabas ke lautan dalam sudahhh.. masakan mak sape x trgoda ... kan2..
bisnes qaseh berjalan lancar.. stok baru dh sampi.. tp 3 botol dh dicop oleh ahli2 rumah.... selebihnya msih ada.. kalo nk bleh pm yer.. ;-)
